The Housemartins London 0 Hull 4 (Deluxe Edition) Review. The attack on political apathy in Sheep still seethes with a righteous anger as elsewhere, Sitting On A Fence is a well-aimed swipe at.

LONDON 0 HULL 4 is on my top 10 albums list. I stumbled onto The Housemartins a while ago and the first song I heard was Happy Hour - I was sold on the band before the first chorus. I love the 80s, I love British pop and rock, so what's not to love. The album is fun and truly great. I couldn't imagine anyone buying it and regretting it/5().

  3. London 0 Hull 4, the band's first album, is full of cheerful, taut little tunes about failures of the spirit, barstool sexism, and thermonuclear Armageddon--not to mention love of humanity, which underscored the fact that they weren't just nihilists, they actually cared. --Douglas Wolk/5().
